About the property

A two storey end terraced house conveniently located for access to the town centre. The accommodation briefly comprises; entrance, living room and fitted kitchen to the ground floor. To the first floor there are too good sized bedrooms and combined bathroom/WC. Externally there is an enclosed yard to the rear with storage shed and the property benefits from gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing.
An administration fee of £200 including vat will be payable for a single tenancy. For each additional tenant a fee of £50 including vat will be payable on completion of a rental application form. This fee includes the cost of reference checks, checking your credit status (if applicable) and preparing the tenancy. Please note that if the application does not go ahead the administration fee will not be refunded. On the first day of the tenancy we will require the first month’s rent plus a damage deposit bond which is equivalent to a month’s rent.  I

n the event that pets are to be kept at the property the landlord may request an increased bond to cover potential extra wear and tear.  The damage deposit bond will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, without interest, providing all of the conditions of the tenancy have been met. Read more
