A well proportioned ground floor mid-terraced flat located on an attractive terrace within the popular residential area of Holywell. The property has recently been upgraded and internal viewing is recommended.
The accommodation briefly comprises; entrance lobby, hallway, living room to the rear, two bedrooms, kitchen with quality fitted units, and combined bathroom/wc. There is gas fired central heating, UPVC double glazing and a shared yard to the rear of the property.

An administration fee of £200 including vat will be payable for a single tenancy. For each additional tenant a fee of £50 including vat will be payable on completion of a rental application form. This fee includes the cost of reference checks, checking your credit status (if applicable) and preparing the tenancy. Please note that if the application does not go ahead the administration fee will not be refunded.  On the first day of the tenancy we will require the first month’s rent

plus a damage deposit bond which is equivalent to a month’s rent.  In the event that pets are to be kept at the property the landlord may request an increased bond to cover potential extra wear and tear.  The damage deposit bond will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, without interest, providing all of the conditions of the tenancy have been met.
