reparing the tenancy.  Please note that if the application does not go ahead the administration fee will not be refunded.  On the first day of the tenancy we will require the first month’s rent plus a damage deposit bond which is equivalent to a month’s rent.  In the event that pets are to be kept at the property the landlord may request an increased bond to cover potential extra wear and tear.  The damage deposit bond will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, without interest, providing all of the conditions of the tenancy have been met.
